Super Becca and the Magical Trap

by Sawforhire

Super Becca is flying high above the city streetsbelow. She’s not heading for a disaster, or hunting asuper villain. She’s not even on patrol, looking fortrouble. She’s just enjoying the sunshine and thewind in her face. But alas, a super heroine’s work isnever done. She hears someone screaming from adeserted (or should I say, not so deserted) warehouse.

Super Becca flies into a small window, and crashesthrough a locked door. Across the room, a scantilyclad woman is strapped to a spinning wheel. A dozenknives surround her helpless body. A man wearing ablack tuxedo is standing in front of the wheel, holding several more knives.

"I’m sorry," Becca said, realizing that the pair isprobably rehearsing their knife-throwing act. "I didn’t know youwere performers."

"I’m not a performer," the woman screams. "He’s myex husband, and he’s trying to kill me."

The knife thrower hurls another knife at the board. Becca realizesthat this knife is aimed directly at the woman. She runs to theboard, at super speed, and catches the knife, just before it strikesthe woman in the heart.

Suddenly, Becca begins to feel very weak. She looks down at theknife, and realizes that the blade is made out of kryptonite. Beccafeels the darkness rise, and she collapses to the floor.

The shrieking woman stops screaming, and smiles."You did it, Sawie. You captured Super Becca."

"Yes, I did, didn’t I? And don’t call me Sawie. I’mSaw for Hire. The greatest hit man, the world hasever seen. And do you know why I’m the greatest?"

The still spinning woman looks like someone who is about to sing atired tune that should have been retired years ago. "Becauseyou’re the cleverest magician, and the most devious man, the world hasever seen."

"That’s right. And Kitten, you could have sounded like youmeant that. Now, to deal with Super Becca."

"Wait a minute," Kitten exclaims. "Aren’t you goingto free me first?"

Saw For Hire waves his hand at Kitten, and the wheel stopsspinning, and the bonds loosen. Unfortunately Kitten is upside down, and she crashes to the floor.

"Oh," she moans. "I knew he was going to dothat."

She sticks her tongue out at Saw for Hire. "And you should behappy that Super Becca caught that knife or you would be short anassistant right now."

She slowly stands. "I can’t believe I let you talk me intothat stunt. You could have killed me."

Saw for Hire levitates Super Becca’s unconscious form into the air,and floats her over to the magician’s box. He lowers Becca inside, and takes the Kryptonite knife out of her hand. He lays the knife ona table, so that it is just barely close enough to be effective. Sawfor Hire closes up, the box, leaving Super Becca’s head sticking outone end, and her boot clad feet sticking out the other.

"Get her boots off, Kitten. And hurry! She will wake up in aminute or two."

Kitten pulls Becca’s boots off, and then picks up the ankle stock. She slides the stock down over Becca’s ankles, and then locks it inplace. Saw for Hire, reaches into the box, and brings Becca’s handsout of the box. He places her wrists in the upper slots of the box.He picks up the neck, and wrists stock, and slides it into place, andlocks it down. Becca slowly wakes up. She moans, her head reelingfrom the effects of the kryptonite.

"What?" She pauses, as she realizes her predicament."Who are you, and why are you doing this?" She demands.

Saw For Hire smiles at his prisoner. "Allow me to introducemyself. My name is Saw for Hire. I’m a magician who is about to puton a little performance for his audience."

"Audience!" Becca looks around. "I don’t see anaudience."

Saw for Hire waves his hand at a nearby wall. The wall slidesapart. Several dozen super villains, gangsters, and criminals areseated behind the wall. They look at Super Becca in her helplessstate, and applaud. Becca struggles to break free of the box, but sherealizes that as long as the Kryptonite knife is nearby, she doesn’tstand a chance.

"This is insane." Becca says. "You can’t do this tome."

Saw for Hire ignores her. "Look at them," he gloats."Each one of them is someone you’ve put in prison. They all wantrevenge. And they are willing to pay one million dollars apiece, towatch as I perform my magic on the body of Super Becca."

Saw for Hire turns to face his audience. "Ladies andGentlemen, for your entertainment, I will perform the most amazingfeat of magic ever witnessed. I shall saw Super Becca in half."

The audience applauds enthusiastically.

"Only tonight, instead of restoring her, I’m going to auctionoff her severed and still living body to the highest bidder."

Becca feels a wave of nausea rising.

"Just think of it. For only a few million dollars, you canown your very own, slightly damaged, and totally separated superheroine."

The audience goes wild. Becca pulls harder at the stocks, but sheis just too weak. Her only hope of escaping this perilous predicamentis to get away from the Kryptonite. And at the moment, she sees noway of doing that.

"And now, on with the show."

Kitten brings out a large handsaw, and gives it to Saw for Hire.Music begins to play in the background.

"Great," Becca moans. "Not only am I going to bebutchered by a second rate magician, I have to die while listening toCha cha music."

"Don’t worry, Super Becca. You’re not going to die. You’lljust be sawed in half." He smiles at her. "Of course, yourpredicament will be permanent."

Saw for Hire places the saw in the slot, and begins to saw throughthe box. Becca grits her teeth and then waits as Saw for Hire sawsinto the box. The group of villain’s watch with lust filled eyes asthe saw slowly sinks into the box.

Saw for Hire saws deeper, into the box. Becca suddenly sucks inair, as the saw is dragged across her hips. Saw for Hire pushes thesaw through the box again. Becca feels her now weakened flesh beingseparated by the saws razor sharp teeth. She realizes that this couldbe the end. After years of fighting crime, she is going to have hercareer, and her body shortened by a David Copperfield wannabe.

Saw for Hire continues to saw through Becca’s hips. She strugglesto keep from moaning, as the saw bites deeply into her body. Kittenis standing next to Becca’s head, wearing a smile, and trying to looklike a magician's assistant.

Finally, after what seems like an eternity, Saw for Hire withdrawsthe saw from Super Becca’s severed body. The audience of hoodlumsapplauds thunderously. "And now," Saw for Hire announces."for the dividers."

Kitten stands there, trying to look professional, as Saw for Hireglares at her.

"Kitten," he growls. "Get the dividers. You stupidcow."

Kitten runs and retrieves the dividers. Her smile has beenreplaced by a pained look.

"Why are you always mean to me?" She says quietly, as shehands Saw for Hire the dividers.

"Shut up, and do what I say, or the next time I throw knivesat you, it will be at you, and not around you."

Kitten sulks. Saw for Hire takes a divider, and slides it into thebox. He shoves the blade through Becca’s body. She gasps as shefeels her two halves being forcibly separated. Saw for Hire pushesthe second blade into the box. He unhooks the two tables, and thentakes hold of the head end, while Kitten takes hold of the feet end. They pull Super Becca’s two halves apart, leaving her with a strongfeeling of separation anxiety. The audience explodes.

Thunderous applause rocks the building, as dozens of villains giveSaw for Hire a standing ovation. Saw for Hire, and Kitten spinBecca’s two halves around, so that the top of her head and the bottomsof her feet are pointing inward. Becca looks up in amazement, andimmediately recognizes her feet.

Saw for Hire steps back, and lets his audience get a good look atBecca’s predicament. They applaud for several minutes. Finally, Sawfor Hire waves his hands in a calming gesture. The audience stopsapplauding, and returns to their seats.

"And now, let the bidding begin. Who will give me one milliondollars, for the separated body of Super Becca?"

Becca lies there in total dismay. How is she going to get out ofthis? Is this the end for Super Becca? Has she finally met her doomat the hands of this magical super villain? Will she spend the restof her life as a pair of bookends for some deranged criminal?
